Anyone else hoping the heads can be put on the warrior awakening body?

I'm just waiting on the pre-order

Ok if you already have this figure, you DO NOT need to buy him again! leave some for the rest of us, i need this guy in my collection...

If you need this figure, then pre-order it when it goes live. If you miss out it's not the fault of others who buy it.

How can someone already have this figure if it's brand-new and comes out next June? ;)

I'm seeing four different portraits.

Looks good, I'll pick up another Goku with the updated body for that price.

Just wish he came with a charging Kamehameha effect like the Goku Black figure

past versions, like the last figure that came out of him.

:lol That's like telling a Transformer fan to not buy the new Optimus Prime coming out even if they released one before on the same character(Optimus) :D This is a totally new figure witg the updated torso/hips/knees ect. with a anime deco I think the kanji on his back is only on the SDCC 2015 figure (or wss it 14?) So there is that too. And the heads look new. ...just sayin

Oooohhhewww that does sound cool kinda like that Mexican exclusive/SDCC exclusive version had. Ya that would be dope. Thing is he might still come with it especially if the tooling is being used.

I'm definitely preordering him and I hAve the Awakening, SSGSS, & the dull orange Regular SS (& I can switch those heads/faces around so I don't see why you couldn't still)

Loving the mold and especially that price. Sucks it doesn't come with effect pieces but I expect no less for 2.0 versions going forward. I wish Bandai would at least do what Figma does by including a stand for different poses.

With this mold makes me wonder what the SDCC figure for 2018 will be? My guess it will be a Super Saiyan 2 to match with Majin Vegeta or a 2.0 version of the SDCC Super Saiyan Goku.

It's irritating, given that other current Figuarts figures come with effects parts (Street Fighter, for example). Nonetheless, I'm super excited for this figure. I'd honestly prefer Saiyan Arc Goku or Cell Arc-onwards Goku, but at this point I can't complain.

You know what'd be cool? A Saiyan Armor Krillin and Gohan two-pack. And some Ginyu Force members while we're at it. :P

It's pretty cheap, so I will get him. Not sure what to do with my other GOku now though since I will need his hands and effects for this one.

Since it still the original release, keep or sell him while you can get good $$$ for him. I wasn't fortunate enough to get the SDCC one, so I'm super impatient for the pre-order

so you're telling me for approx. $30 I can get this awesome Goku figure.....OR.....I can get a Mattel Batman Beyond Val Kilmer figure of questionable quality, unbelievable how Mattel manages to suck even when the news isn't about them.

To be fair, this figure is unreasonably low priced for Figuarts these days because it's meant to be a gateway drug. You buy this one for cheap, realize how good it is and then you're like "Yeah the more expensive price is justified for this kind of figure". Or that's what they want you to think at least ;)

Just saying, I have never bought a figure from Mattel and thus can't say anything about them but Figuarts are usually more expensive than this particular release.

Also, Val Kilmer was in Batman Beyond? That's news to me :p ;)

seems fair..especially for that price. ( i wish Yamcha was that price)
and i'm assuming this is the exact same figure with diff heads.
The figures looks good and i have an unused Kamehameha wave ready just for him...

anyone else thinks the knees/knee joints look somewhat blocky/robotic ? Or am I just nitpicking here ?

It looks okay for what they had to work with I think, incorporating joints into baggy pants like these is bound to break up the sculpt, I think they did the best they could.
