Seriously, DST need to hire someone here to take pictures of their products. I've bought things that I didn't know I wanted until I see the pictures that's done by the talented people here. Those Pacific Rim figures might not be half bad, but it looks like they couldn't even be bothered to pose them in a half decent pose before taking the pictures. That's just lazy.

Usually, for official product images, many companies are dealing with hand painted prototypes or pre-production items. These tend to be more fragile with little to no actual articulation, so available poses can be very limited. Unfortunately, no company is going to mail those out (usually well before they are even announced) to get product photos done.
