Hi

Not an action figure, sorry.

I just watched this movie and I can't find what is this toy.
It's a coach or some sort of a circus trailer with 3 characters. One seems to be a monkey and a another a mousee/bear/dog. The third one is a human dressed in green.
I can't figure out if it is part of the lamp or not.
The movie takes place in 1989.
