the Panther figs are superb

As usual, the digital face paint is all messed up. Not a fan of this new process.

Well, conventional face/eyes painting could be messed up too. Misty Knight's always derpy-eyes come to mind. Whereas digital face paints when done right can yield uncanny results (like Figuart's Harley Quinn). I guess that's why we still need brick and mortar stores so for those of us that cares, we can still pick and choose the ones with the best paint apps.

Yeah, but overall I'm seeing more messed up digital paintjobs these days than the more traditional stuff. Of course, the process is still in it's early stages and hopefully will improve as time goes on.

Yeah, you REALLY can't trust ordering these online. You really have to see them in a store to make sure. Even then you may or may not see a great one, they are all just a little different depending on how on point the screen is applied. REALLY hit or miss. When it works it is amazing but when it is off a little it looks horrible. Plus in person it looks really hazy up close. Hopefully they upgrade the tech soon so we can have photo real screens with sharp detail.

His new alt-head needed the skin tone of his First figure alt-head. Would have been fine with a just slightly darker brown.

Nakia is up next.

The only con with nakia is her " pants " look too much like her skin tone. They shoulda made the pants darker or lighter...its looks like her legs have carvings in em. Otherwise shes great.

easy fix, you can add some paint

The Lupita Nyong'o likeness is spot on.

the figures face does look good, but that card art on the back is super weird looking.

Oh i had already planned that.....just a shame i have to. ;)

The side art of Nakia on package also looks really off, too.
Yes, please! If not a wave, at the very least a multi-pack.

I want to like this Namor, but his legs look...swollen and globby.

Black Bolt is cool but I wish they'd made the wings removable. All his non-flying poses look awkward with the wings just sticking out like that.

Imma give black bolt a blue rasberry slyshy so that screaming head has purpose....EPIC BRAINFREEEEEEEEEZE! ;)

Gonna have to slice those wings off BB & make a custom soft goods version for the wings. Someone at Hasbro wasn't thinking when they OKed sculpted wings on his arms. Shoulda been detachable.

I have the same problem with this as the SDCC one. The wings not being attached bugs me. I have the SDCC one, so I don't need this, even if that other head is awesome!

The holocaust wave one i think had cloth wings held on by stretchy bands......i think.

It did, don't know why Hasbro didn't re-visit that option. I also might just slice them off & leave him like that but I guess I'll figure it out once I actually purchase him & have him in hand. I also am thinking of slicing off those Kirby crackle bubbles off the screaming head version or buying 2 BBs and slicing them off the extra screaming head as it looks cool but at the same time not comic accurate as when BB does unleash his quasi-scream, the tuning fork does not crackle.
