I really need some help on this i cannot find hardly any info i google mattel w9229 which is on the package and it just leads me to an ebay rare listing that they are out of with no pic. Any help would be great. It it approx 3.5" tall

It's not from a Kid's Meal? Seems like a kids meal or a freebie they'd give out at a con or something given all the detail on the package.

It looks like a McDonalds Happy Meal Polly Pocket doll...has it got a year on it?

well, Disney Princess, red hair, looks like Ariel from Little Mermaid. The packaging is typical of a fast food promo, but those also usually have the name of the restaurant on it (in my experience).

that's all well fine and good, but it's in a sealed baggie that says "Disneyprincess.com" on it.
