I don't collect Hot Toy... much too big and expensive for my tastes, but I think they pretty much nailed this figure. I do think the Keanu head sculpt could use some minor tweaking, but they definitely got the point across. I especially love the one-handed cartwheel, gun-firing pose they got the figure in.

I just hope that with Hot Toys acquiring the license that companies like NECA or Diamond Select are able to snag it too and produce some 7in versions of Neo, Morpheus, Trinity, Agent Smith and a whole mess of agents... and lots of guns with bullet trail effect accessories.

We've certainly never had properly articulated and well made Matrix figures in this scale before.

Like most of their figures, HT did a bang up job with this. I do hope they can possibly tweak the head sculpt a bit.

That looks like Joseph Gordon-Levitt, not Keanu Reeves. Fail.

He looks perfect with the shades, but there's something odd with the head sculpture in its eyes

He kinda looks like he's about to cry in this pic.

I think he looks great; will 100% get this. I'm glad they gave him all the guns and everything needed for that scene and the movie/trilogy basically. I'm trying to think of any other outfits they can do. Maybe a 2 pack with Morpheus and him in gis and an alternate headsculpt where he gives that smile and swipes his nose.

Ah shit, I forgot how I’m gonna have to buy every Matrix figure Hot Toys releases. Finally a group of characters who are perfectly suited to the bland, lifeless expressions HT excels at.
But no bent spoon accessory?! Madness

So, is there a way to find out if there will be a deluxe edition of Neo on the way? I was about to pre-order this but don’t want another even more equipped version coming out in a months time.
