Great, more troopers to collect. I can't stop troop building. I also like the grey background for the Mimban trooper. And I have to get the SH Figuarts releases of these as well, dang.

What's the deal with the Mimban trooper? Is he like the Pig-Pen of Stormtroopers or something?

This is the Oilsands Trooper. Comes with saturated (black) shop towel and degreaser accessory. :rolleyes:

The Mimban looks even worse than the SHF version.

Well somebody has to clean the toilets I guess. Must suck to be the Trooper with that job.

Mimban in the old EU was essentially a giant swamp (the concept was later partially recycled for Dagobah) where the Empire maintained a number of mining operations, so mud everywhere, basically.

The Disney version appears to be keeping the mud but going for more of a “Passchendaele circa 1917” aesthetic:

I honestly rather like it (it’s probably the closest we’ll get to a WH40K Imperial Guard movie for the foreseeable future), but I’m far more interested by what appear to be Imperial Army Infantry above (the so-called “Mudtroopers”) than yet another Stormie permutation, especially when it’s just a slightly spattered version of the standard armour with a cape.

These look every bit as undesirable as their SHF doppelgängers. I’d never have believed their could ever be a Star Wars movie I’d care this little about. Let’s hope Solo is a one off.

Well considering Chewie has goggles, and this guy's covered in dirt, I'm guessing some Sandy windy ass desert with weird crocs in the jungles, or something

I'm not the biggest star wars fan, but the chewbacca with the goggles looks bad ass !! Might have to grab one or two possibly.

Mimban is actually more of a swamp planet. Not sure if Chewie's goggles are for Mimban or for Vandor, the snow planet seen in the trailers.
