Its from a movie called toy soldiers. I cant remember his name but that should help ya.

I don't know for an absolute fact, but I think it's this guy. Small Soldiers was one of my favorite movies growing up. That's a really cool find.

It's sealed and most likely in mint condition. I doubt the open box figure is worth quite that much, especially if accessories are missing, but you never know when it comes to older toys like that.
