That was awesome and unexpected. I can't wait!

Awful looking figure, the mixture between the plastic head, gloves and boots with the cloth suit looks terrible.

This would’ve made for a nice figure if it was all plastic, or plastic with die-cast like their Iron Man, but this one of the cases where Mezco's cloth-plastic mixture is at its absolute worst.

mostly agree- I tend to stay away from the figures where the bodysuit doesn't match the head (Flash, Daredevil,Deadpool, etc)But I'm hoping with Beyond here that it comes off better in person. I love the character and there just isn't a great version of him out there (Maybe the next multiverse wave) but being an exclusive I can't skip it and take the chance... he'll be $$$ by the time I decide I want him and is no longer avail.

I don't usually like soft goods but I actually thinks this looks good. I don't mind the mixed media.

I think you can cancel it, but you'd be out your NRD then. I can't imagine anyone cancels their order though, probably mostly happens from failed attempts to charge your card due to lack of funds

Damn, I had an extra long day at work today and I missed out on ordering this! Is this the price one pays for Locking in an order for Neca's SDCC Turtles?
On another note, I'm surprised this turned out to be an exclusive. You'd think that Mezco would get a better profit, and more customers would get this figure, if it was a regular release.

I might try and grab one at SDCC if they don't go too fast.

Yeah this was not the type of figure I expected for an exclusive. You'd have to think they'd sell a lot more of these at regular retail than like Old Man Logan or something like that.

Well I'm bummed. This was easily one of my most desired figures from Mezco and they turn it into an exclusive? Not to mention they don't even ship outside of US so I'm basically stuck paying scalper prices on the secondary market. What baffles me is how it's not even a variant of an existing figure, since he's a completely new character with new sculpting/cloth work and accessories. They should've known that Terry/Batman Beyond has a decent cult following, so why even do this?

probably would have been too expensive but the entire figure should have been made out of the same hard material as the head, hands and feet.

This looks terrible. Anyone who wants a good Batman Beyond figure should just get the three pack that came out recently.

I'm not. It's a way better looking figure, even if it comes with less accessories. There's also the DC Universe Total Heroes figure, which is also way better than both. Between this figure and the version of Batman Beyond that was featured in the Arkham Knight video game, it seems like nobody can manage to modernize Batman Beyond properly without making it look horrible.

Aside from the mouthpiece on the cowl I think the Arkham Knight version is awesome and it's the only suit I've used since it got released.

Isn't that figure like most of DCC's DCAU figures notoriously fragile?

If looks is all you're after you'd be better off buying a bust or a statue then that.

Not that I've noticed, no. It's got some great joints and very posable.
