MOTU Vintage Collection
I kinda want these, but do I want to start collecting yet another line?
So they are not re sealable I take it? What the hell Super 7!?
The sticker should have read “ as Aden on TV...35 years ago!” Totally getting these. Doesn’t Funko have a bunch of different MOTU style stuff comeing out soon also?
Cardback art is a selling point...but not shown, because SUPER 7.
meh.
The pricing is good. Gonna get these. I hope they re release every vintage figure. This is pretty cool. At least these are in good condition as opposed to buying 30yr old figures from secondary markets
I am so excited about these, it’s ridiculous. I’ve got 2 full sets on pre order plus an extra He-man and Skeletor. Hope they continue with this line beyond the 2 waves shown. Not sure I’ll get He-Ro or Eldor but will get Beast Man and Man-At-Arms for sure.
I am actually looking forward to He-Ro and Eldor the most, but will be disappointed if they are not carded with the Powers Of Grayskull card.
I am probably going to pre-order these this weekend. |
I ended up grabbing 2 of each. I was pissed I missed out on the He-Man/Skeletor 2 pack a few months back that Super7 put up outta nowhere, was glad these popped up yesterday. Ended up getting a few for my brother (who never let me play with his) and a She-Ra for my sister because I ruined hers back in the day. These are great!
They are really well priced, but shipping to Europe costs more than the figures themselves :(
I know it's not their major business but still - it’s very expensive. I might buy Skeletor regardless, because Filmation Skeletor is the best, but I cant see myself purchasing more of these with such a hefty shipping price attached to them. |
On a somewhat related note, whatever happened with the funko savage world figures? There's been nothing since toyfair and was looking forward to displaying Thundercats and Conan alongside these figures.
Funko had no updates on the Savage World figures at SDCC from what I have seen or heard.
It is unfortunate as it is the only product they have I am interested in. |

The Horror Figures (coming in Sept) The ThunderCats (coming in Oct) No word on the Conan figured yet. |
They Live! He-Man looks interesting.
I don't understand if they are remaking these why the adhere to Mattel's useless left hand thing. Teela's traditional left had is posed so some one can kiss it? Not sure what that was about. |
ohh wait a second, is that "They Live!" he-man? now that i would be interested in. I didnt see him earlier
SIDENOTE: now that mattel will be doing their own MOTU, maybe super7 will focus seriously on MOTU instead of their reaction stuff since the pressure is on. |
