It looks good but also pretty basic when you look at some of their other releases. Does the billy club have wire in it?

No it looks more like they are basing this on his season 1 look at the end of that season.since his season 2 look he haves a different helmet and his clubs have the upgrade that includes the wire to hang up on buildings.

Nope, this is definitely the Season 2 look. It's got the Season 2 helmet with smooth forehead, no ear coverings (aside from the cloth/balaclava), and no pieces extending down over the sideburn area, as well as the Season 2 short gloves and short boots.

I see still kinda minimum accessories I would've loved for a broken helmet or a bleedy grin face and of course the wired batons too.

Oh definitely, I would've loved to see more accessories. This one is definitely a bit light on 'em.
