Also, seeing as how he is soon going back to his classic costume in the comics, I would have preferred that look. But, I am tempted by the Gamestop one.

Different pose and it would be an instant purchase.
the pose just looks ridiculous.

There's a crude, work-in-progress quality to the sculpt that appeals to me. But yeah, it's the wrong costume, and the ears are backwards.
