Why? Because she's awesome? I get these aren't for everyone, but no reason to be so judgy about it. You don't look at the Giger alien and think 'gross', do you? There are phallus' all over that chap. Art is subjective? Anyway, I'm pre-ordering the hell out of this. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Well this thing appeals right to me. I love Hellraiser and this is sexy as hell, total pun intended.

Sideshow is also doing a Hell Priestess statue but it is much bigger (23 inches tall) and expensive.

Dang, dude! That is rad. I can never justify those statues...mostly space and money...but that priestess is gorgeous.

I think the Alien is gross in the sense that it was made to be gross, but I look at lady Pinhead up there and it's about as appealing as a sexy larry The Cable Guy statue, some things just shouldn't be sexified haha

I'm on the fence about this, if you couldn't tell by my avatar, I'm a huge hellraiser fan, it's my favorite classic horror franchise, with that said I don't know how I feel about the pose, mixing cutesie with horror rarely works for me, with exceptions ofcourse, I suppose it comes down to how I feel about the piece when I see it in person and of course how much I'm gonna have to fork out for it if I do like it in person.

Now that is a beautiful piece, the pinhead statue they released a couple years ago is a grail of mine, this would compliment it so well.

I'm a HUGE fan of Kotobukiya's Bishoujo line. They have done a lot of good pieces that definitely caters to fan service, but within that 'idea' are some great, well executed, well detailed and BEAUTIFUL statues.

I bought the "Chucky" one and I thought it was fantastic. This one.... this one has a LOT of details placed and I am leaning on getting it just to see it and have it. Of course the price point is going to hurt judging from all those details; not to mention, Bishoujos are not relatively cheap to begin with.

I've never seen one in person, are they generally as nice in person? Also how much do they usually run in price?

I think they're great. I only have Freddy and Jason, both have magnetic stands, good detail and paint. I believe they were $64.99 at release, but these have varied anywhere between $59.99-79.99, and Pinhead looks to be $99.

For Hellraiser, a statue like this makes perfect sense. It's a very sexual movie and it's about combining pleasure and pain, sex and violence.

That's good to hear, I'm just not sure I wanna pay a hundred bucks for this, but it is growing on me, so maybe.

Get it now before it sells out and you're paying after market prices for it...although they've re released the horror stuff though..
