Dragon Ball Character?

Picked this up at an auction and tried searching for him, but to no avail. I looked through the Dragon Ball characters, due to him kind of resembling the characters. No luck.
Any ideas?

Not DragonBall for sure. He’s from Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure series.

Don’t know his name but that should narrow down your search.

Thank you! Greatly appreciate it. Just found this sight and have to say I'm already liking it. I come across items all the time that I have no idea what they belong to. I end up tossing them in a box and pull them out occasionally to search again.
This will give me another search option for my mystery toys.
