What do you mean by torso ? You mean the body mold or the fiscales ?
If you mean the later, i used an online tutorial from supertomcustoms. If you mean the body mold
it's the classic Namor marvel legends (hasbro) torso.

I have included that information on my instagram related feed ( @demonicpoocreations )

I meant the fishscales. Wow, really good work. I would have thought you used something with the scale armor as the base and built up and sculpted the smooth parts. That is pretty impressive. Great consistency.
