Whats the deal with these. Boss fight lent another company a template and then bought the property they made with it

I legit think they're just making their own. Depending on the licensing deal, I'm kinda curious as to the legality if they licensed molds or made designs for hire and are now repackaging and selling.

On the BF Facebook page, BF said they're only using the figure mold tooling, which they bought last year. BF won't be using the "Zombie Lab" name, the "Zombie Lab" characters, or the "Zombie Lab" story.
