What is this thing?
 

So at Goodwill I bought a two foot square cube filled with what I thought was going to be all K'nex. It wasn't. There were pieces from six different building systems, not including whatever this thing is.

The K'nex rods fit into most of the holes, and when there's one in the one at the top of the head his eyes blink.

I've tried a variety of searches on the net but didn't find it...
