Well THIS is a surprise.

I'v all ways have been a Scarlet Spider fan. This looks soo good.

So Hot Toys has the spidey ps4 game license? Does that mean they might do the other suits in the game? Wasn't there like 20 suits? lol. I liked some of them.

They've done the Tech Suit and the Spider Punk Suit from the game as well.

Oh true I forgot about those already ha. I did not buy those, trying to keep my limit for expensive Hot Toys purchases strictly to Endgame figures, then stop...but Scarlet Spider is an OG spidey from my childhood. Be cool if they did the spiderman 2099 suits. I'd prefer the original red/blue version but i'd take the newer white version as well.

Would definitely buy this if it were done in 1:12 scale

I hope Figuarts is getting into the game. They did the Advanced Suit from the game and I really want them to make more.

The articulation on these is never that great. Thats why I skip them.

My only hesitation with figuarts is that they don’t use cloth and I think Scarlet Spider would really benefit from this

It's a definite buy for me. Ben Reilly was the only good thing that came out of the 90's clone fiasco in the comics. Also, the Scarlet Spider suit is the one I've used the most in the PS4 game. Always been fond of it. I actually bought a Spider-Man: Homecoming Homemade suit figure to bash it into Scarlet Spider. I digibashed it to see what it would look like, but never got around to actaully customizing it. Guess I can scrap that now:

That looks pretty sweet. If they do the MK4 Spider-Armor and/or the 2099 suits then I may be in trouble.

Makes me wonder what will happen with that the Neon Tech 2.0 Iron Man this year.

I cancelled by regular suit order from BBTS because I wasn't a big fan of the suit, but this really tickles my fancy. The perforated eyes that look like a old Sentai/Rider stunt helmet are amazing from the photos. I hope it's even better in person.

They've been getting better with incorporating soft goods on the Riders and other lines where it is warranted, but it's usually limited to capes and long cloth sections. Best bet is Mezco if they get around to it (most likely comic version) and possibly Mafex given how good and popular their comic Spidey, along with the other Spider characters they have been working on.

Sideshow opened up pre-order last night, and they sold out fairly quickly.

Great, ANOTHER convention exclusive. Been a huge Scarlet Spider fan since the 90s and likely won't be able to get this at a decent price now, which means I'll have to pass on it. I'm so sick of everything being a "limited edition/convention exclusive" these days. It shouldn't be a burden trying to give these companies my money.

Waitlisted already on Sideshow. I don't see any of these coming back in stock from cancellations either. I mean WHY would you cancel this figure? lol.

Glad I got the heads up from another site yesterday on the Sideshow pre-order and was able to get an order in.
