That's pretty cool. I'm not really a huge Halo fan (games or figures) but most of these Reach ones look pretty impressive, and this guy looks like he's even more finely detailed than the regular figures.

so whats the point of the TRU sticker if its a Comic-Con exclusive?

Probably because TRU was involved in the design process.

There's also the possibility that it will be available on toysrus.com after the Con, but that's just speculation on my part.
