Wait a minute. I thought all nightmare on elm street stuff is done this year. This is for 2020. So why is neca not allowed to give us new figures then?

With them being based in Brazil, they may have a different licensing agreement than North American companies. Possibly via a local Warner Bros distributor. Or could be a one-off licensed item that got approved before the licenses was being pulled.
