Well I can say I wasn't expecting this, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. But I am really not that impressed. I'm sure this will be priced more than the standard Endgame version, since its an exclusive. Maybe it won't be, but once it hits the aftermarket it sure will be.

But the reason I am disappointed is because it seems like it's lacking. For a "special edition" you don't even get the regular unmasked head that comes with the normal version. Umm what? Why wouldn't you get EVERYTHING included in the original version, plus more stuff?

I do like the lightning effect on mojinir, and the fact it lights up, but meh. Loki's scepter is cool, but the section of the movie where cap had the spear while he was fighting himself was in the time travel sequence, in which he wasn't even wearing the final endgame suit with this figure. So that seems odd.

Good piece for collectors, but I am not interested and glad to have my standard Cap when he finally releases next year lol.

Seems like you're learning kid. This is what Hot Toys does, and it's garbage.

First I PO’d armoured Thanos because I just thought it would be a real eye-catching display piece, then after seeing Endgame I had to get the battle damaged Iron Man which then stirred a desire to also at least get a Cap and potentially fat Thor too if he ever comes out just to really honour the end of ‘The Trinity’s’ journeys (not so much for Thor but you get it.)

I was hoping a battle damaged Cap would be announced but I’d imagine this is probably it for Endgame Caps and the last chance I’ll get to PO one at a reasonable price. Lack of an unmasked head is pretty lame but they exist elsewhere online if I really require it.

I know this Cap comes with a ton of accessories already, but what’s up with that pathetic lightning effect? The Marvel Legends Thor has a more impressive lightning accessory than this one.

They could've made it really awesome by announcing a Worthy Battle Injured Cap.
It will literally be the last HT I buy.

Hot Toys stopped being great around the time of their Terminator Salvation series. Just as they reached their apex their production numbers went through the roof along with pricing.

They've become a status symbol & one of the worst value collectables on the market. And lets be honest, most of them can barely make use of their articulated buck, & few people have the nerve to pose them in ways that put pressure on the mixed media clothing.

Bought their Infinity War Cap because it's the best he's ever looked to my eyes; love the design, but that's it for me.

Do the "interchangeable lower face parts" differ in some way from those included in the regular edition? I see no difference.

They’re different to the standard release in the sense that there’s only two pieces instead of three...
So wish I POd the original when it first went up.

Not sure if this warrants a new topic or not, so maybe our mods can advise, but I was just ruminating about the gossip concerning upcoming events in the MCU, and wonder if anybody knows whether Hot Toys will produce figures for any of the multiverse figures? In some cases, might there be re-releases?

I'm sure they will, there's no way they're going to skip doing figures for the MCU shows. Problem might be similar to The Mandalorian where they reveal very little to licensors before each season.
