What is this figure? Part 2 - MOTU lookalike
 

Who is this MOTU type figure/character? He sparks if you use the lighter like switch on his back. I vaguely remember these from childhood but this is not something I'm familiar with.

John Blackstar from Galoob of the line BLACKSTAR based on a one-season Filmation cartoon.

That appears to be series 2. Series 2 figures had a sparking light up chest feature.
They were made well after the cartoon ended its 13 episode run, but Galoob wanted something to compete with Masters of the Universe.

Good to know, thank you. I like the old sparking gimmick.
