Please help me identify what toy this is
 

This toy belongs to my nephew, he found it in his house when they moved in and it is his favorite. As you can see it is broken because a car backed over the toy. We are trying to find another one but we don't know what it is, it had some attachments so I think it some sort of transformer-like toy. Please help me find what it is.

How big is it? Does it have a manufacturer stamp on it? Maybe on the feet, back, or inside the legs? It looks familiar, but I can't quite id it.

It's 5 inch tall with the head i'm guessing 6.
It doesn't have any markings except a small number 12 on the back.

Looks like something from Action Man Atom, but not quite. Is it known how the head looked like? maybe your nephew could describe it?

He said it was a orange robot head with black details on it

same series with this figures, yours have cars that can become the armor and the roof of the cars become shield, i have one too but i am also searching from what series is this from

It reminds me of the Cuddle Team Leader figure from the Fortnite toys, but the head's missing and the body sculpt seems different.
