Ball joint socket too big.

Hi! It's not really custom fig topic, but I really need help with this and I can't find any other subforum to ask for this.

I have an issue with S.H. Figuarts Black Widow from Endgame :( Right leg is very loose and falls off very easily. At first I thought it's just loose so I tried to use nail polish but then I saw the real issue. It seem's like ball joint in hip is too big for it's socket in the leg. When compared to left leg it's not all the way in and I can't put it there quite to the end.

Do you have any tips for fixing it? Should I try to sand ball joint or expand socket a little?

Unfortunately I can't return it (well, technically I can but it would cost me a fortune ;) ) because I bought it on US Ebay when my friend was there and she brought it for me.

Picts below.

One thing I've done for customizing joints in the past has been to use hot glue to fill it out. It can be messy though. You could also use layers of superglue. I would go that route first before sanding down the ball joint, as once that ball joint is sanded down it's tough to replace

You mean I have to use glue to fill the socket? But ball joint does not fit in it as you can see in the pictures :)

I managed to fix it! A little sanding to ball joint was needed.
