Nothing in this line calls to me. Do like the look of Taskmaster though. Looks far better than the comics imho.

Holy shit, this wave! So many reveals here! I assumed we might get a movie Taskmaster but it's still a nice surprise. And Crimson Dynamo is the first BAF since Man Thing that I'm going to bother picking up. And yes, my boy Spymaster is an insta-buy for me.

I don't agree...I wish the movie version resembled the comic look more. But it's not bad for what it is.

Definitely getting Taskmaster. Probably also Red Guardian (David Harbour was the best part of the trailer for me) and maybe Yelena (I can use the headsculpt).

Yeah, if they went a bit more full on skull with Taskmaster, they could have made him pretty scary looking, and therefore, awesome.

I mean, say what you will about the comic look, but if a guy came at me wearing what looked like a human skull as a mask I would be far more terrified than if he had a cowl that made him look like a bat.

Like it or not a defining look to Taskmaster's character design is a full on skull mask. If you aren't a fan of said the design, fine. There are plenty of other tac'd out unimaginative looking door kickers to choose from. Make Taskmaster look like Taskmaster. They did the same thing with Ronin. He looked like a damn snowboarder.

As far as the figure goes why is his shield so f'ing small?

Man, since it reuses so much of the Iron Monger's body, it makes it all the more obvious how cheap and flat that Crimson Dynamo's paint job is. I like the clear tubes in the forearms, that's an interesting addition, but I'd much rather they save the production cost of that for some decent metallic paint.

I like the silly little smokestacks on Crimson Dynamo's shoulder. It invokes that 80's Russian high-yet-low-tech look.

Read, boy. I said RESEMBLED MORE, not RESEMBLED EXACTLY. I mean, we certainly don't want a fucking caped pirate-looking dude running around the MCU, but something tactical that recalls elements of his old-school design would be better, especially when it comes to the skull mask. The thing I mostly dislike about the MCU version are the goofy goggles, but at least he has the (sorta) skull mask and hood...just not as much as I would have liked.

Not sure why folks are so upset about the film version Taskmaster....look closely and bottom half is indeed a skull the eye section is more practical cause he can actually see and as for his cowl...Well if you look you can see it’s down so he can see while shooting arrow...I love it..oh well.

Taskmaster Design- Spider-Man PS4(Simpsons) did it better. MCU design isn't terrible. I saw someone on reddit compare it to a CW DC show design and I can't unsee it now.

Taskmaster's been one of my all time favorite villains since the 80s. As much as I like the classic design, I really loved Udon's updated version. Made it tactical and functional looking while retaining an updated skull mask.

The Spider-Man game took it further and gave it a nice real-world feel to it while still retaining the classic skull look. I think, if anything, the MCU version should look more like this one.

Of course it's always possible he gets an updated suit at some point in the movie so we'll have to wait to see. Either way, I couldn't be more excited to see may fave badass fighter making his big screen debut. I just really hope they do is abilities justice.

Glad to see a nice selection of figures coming from the movie, alarming to see how the quality has diminished from previous MCU figures. Has face printing gone away? No helmet for Red Guardian?

Oh, so THAT's who that's supposed to be. I saw him in the trailer and was like "Why is Hawkeye dressed like Snake Eyes?"

I hate this particular version of Crimson Dynamo (and MCU Taskmaster) but this version is probably going to be more practical for Hasbro so they could retool the mold as an Alpha Flight Box in the near future.

Dynamo and taskmaster look horrible.

I like MCU Taskmaster for combining the best bits of various costumes. It's just the visor that's throwing it off.

I'm good with the MCU versions of "non-super" characters. Ivan Venko, Taskmaster, Shocker, Vulture, Crossbones, etc. Their gear has an unpolished, "working" look to it, rather than the sportscar look of Ironman's armor. The gritty look makes it look more sinister. More evil. Sorry, but a white skull spraypainted on a mask, with glowing eyes would make me fall out of my chair laughing. Hopefully Tasky's visor has a display that helps him analyze opponents. The "I can counter you instantly after 2 seconds of contact" seems a little too absurd.

Hopefully he survives Black Widow to be taunted and tortured by Deadpool. lol

task master could of had a skull mask , and it could also look cool.... This is what the 2nd photo we've seen of him... Marvel can also be deciving us , this could also be task masters mark 1 suit rather than his final look...

Crossbones got a weird ass neck head area imo. I just want the MCU ones(they’ll look better in person same way infinity war widow looked terrible then came out with arguably the best likeness so far)
