Looks pretty neat, but the lower torso does have that mech look to as t1dc said.

Love the look of this, but I'm not into model kits. They do offer a pre-build and painted version of their Optimus Prime kit though, if they do that here as well I might bite.

I don't think it's a model. I think it is just an action figure like the Tarn figure they did.

You're right, they confirmed on Twitter that this is a 19cm non-scale action figure. If I'm reading the tweet right it'll also have a moving parts gimmick like their Transformers figures, where if you articulate a joint some parts move alongside it.
