Please help ID two 1980's spare parts!

Hi Guys,
Two parts here that I can't identify. The blue gun is about an inch long, looks like G1 Transformers but I can't match it. The Holster is about 3.5" flat, rubber and looks like it would fit a 5" or 6" action figure. Thanks again for the help!

The belt is probably Playmates Dick Tracy. The gun is for Transformers Vortex.
