Mondo 1/6 Scale Doom Slayer
 

Thank heavens (or hell), someone else is making a Doom Slayer from Doom Eternal! I completely missed this announcement but Mondo is going to release a 1/6 scale figure.

Only prototype-stage for now, but some interesting tidbits:

-Directly based on the game model
-Fully sculpted face behind a translucent visor
-Planned to include: Extra hands, arm blade (retracted and extended), shoulder cannon, chainsaw, Crucible Sword, super shotgun, plasma rifle, heavy cannon, BFG and a Lost Soul enemy. Not 100% final which accessories will be included

Hopefully it's articulated better than the disappointing McFarlane figure.

Its gotta be, its 1/6 scale. It looks cool. I might get it. I would love to see more of their MOTU stuff and Turtles stuff, and Batman The Animated Series stuff, but oh well.

Don't care for the games, but totally dig this design; hope there's a decent 7" figure down the line, not really collecting 1/6 scale anymore.

Doomguy is looking slick! I especially love this new design for the armor that we see in doom eternal. Of course, I won't be buying it because of the price, but I guarantee he's going to look killer in some photoshoots.

Looks pretty good. If the price is reasonable I’ll get one for sure. Hope they include as many weapons as possible, at the very least the Shotgun and Crucible. Love the detail of a fully sculpted face, but “opaque transparent” plastic? Which one is it?

I think the writer forgot the word translucent lol.

As far as the weapons, the first post on this thread shows exactly what it comes with. A bunch of weapons and then the BFG is the Mondo Shop exclusive.

That picture shows what Mondo wants to include, it's not the final accessory count. It's an early product layout used as a base to see what's possible.
