Thankfully, yes.
The left arm comes off at the elbow all the time, but it holds some good poses when you reconnect it.

I've managed to avoid the eye problems on this figure and the NECA 2019 rev.

Lucky. I went through 3 figures and ended up just having to keep the one with the less derpy eyes.
