help Id'ing these random weapons from 80s or 90s

I can't find any information on these weapons and shield. I feel like I remember the guns from when I was younger, I believe the ones I had came from a toy "gumball" machine. Not sure if these are the same or not.

Those guns are from a Punisher figure that had this strip of "caps" you'd put in his back to recreate gun shots.

That wheel thing is from Toy Biz Marvel Superheroes Dr. Doom from the same era as the Punisher.

Thanks for the quick help! Problem solved. I also had a set of G1 optimus prime fists in with these accessories as well. Weird mix of toys. haha
