Does anyone have any experience of these e-tailers?

KGHOBBY 1:6 Scale Hot toys Action Figure Toy, head sculpt & accessories

I am looking to get one or two SWToys 1/6 scale figures and want to get it from the safest place as they are pre-orders for items due in December
