So.....that’s freaking gorgeous.

This is awesome. I'm gonna get the Mondo stuff, but this is still amazing. Good for those who want it.

Beautiful. I feel that the alternate portrait is a must since the standard one looks a little too much like generic D&D to me.

Can someone tell me why this one is like 200$ more than almost all their other statues??

It may have to do with a smaller run size, the larger scale, and the licensing fee. It's in line with what Sideshow was charging for their MOTU statues, which this is a continuation of. But, the owner of Tweeterhead holds regular Facebook live chats, where he's pretty open about costs and fan reaction, and such. He may have discussed why in the last one, but I tend to not tune in to those, so I can't be sure.

I love the look of the statue. The details are great, and both head sculpts are crazy good. My only real gripe is this is another "Captain Morgan" bent leg pose from them. They really need to come up with different poses.
