Does anyone know the name of the tall figure in the back wielding the sword and the line it is from? Thanks.

I am assuming that the figure with the sword was produced by Diamond Select Toys, but still do not know his name.

Blue guy is from Avatar and the guy in yellow is One Punch Man.
