Help! I have no idea if this is even a lego my boy is playing with it from a garage sale seems like it might be a relic has anyone an idea how to find out what it is? Has a inside torso marking 6 or 9 and above the legs it says e 11

Yeah definitely Mega Bloks. Might be the Dragons or Viking line.
