They all look good except the April Face sculpt doesn't look that good though. So cool that the plastic pizza can let off steam (joking)

Don't care for April's face sculpt, but that Rocksteady is a must have!

That is based on the original April head. I freaking love it. I hope Super7 includes a second head for April. These are just stunning. The packaging is blowing my mind. I wish super7 could get these out faster. But just, wow. These are turtles to me. Updates of the toys I had as a kid and the fit with masters of the universe classics and thundercats classics.

No joke, how hard is it to nail April’s look? NECA failed too. I feel like she should be a little taller and skinnier also.

And I totally appreciate that it is. I didn't like the Playmates April back in the day either haha. They have been including a lot of these with alternate heads so I'd be onboard if they give her a 2nd head sculpt. I really like what they're doing with this line and keeping open pre-order windows and selling to other etailers, so anyone who wants these can get them.

Super7 is so smart and cool. They are totally waiting for our reactions to add the second April head based on the critiques and desires of the fans, right?
They know that April head is slightly controversial.
I'm in camp LOVE IT. It looks accurate with just the right tweaks to me. I want that head and they better keep it lol. But, it could be considered a little puffy and round compared to the original. Or maybe not some "idealistic" look based on the original that people want too.

I love her face and her body shape and the classic'ness of it. THAT'S APRIL TO ME. Looks like a real woman.
The whole wave, my god, unbelievable.
THEY FIXED ROCKSTEADY'S HEAD!!!!! THEY FREAKIN FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!! That original figure has a wacked out head for sure. Super managed to take that flawed head and turn it into what it should have looked like. It's what I imagined it to be in my head. It's so great now. I was SO WORRIED for Super7 on that one. He looks tough, mature, ugly/badass. SO amazing.

Mikey. The whole Super7 turtle form is the best ninja turtle model ever created. Love the original playmates head, gotta have that. Love the fighting stylized turtle head as well.
Should they ease up on the angry brow and go with a more playful/fight look for Mikey tho? Something that still fits the fighting motif but doesn't make him "angry". It's impossible for my brain to see Mikey that "angry" about anything. Hurt/Sad/Determined maybe, if you want to go there, but brow gritting anger? That ain't Mikey. Even if they don't change it I'm good.

WHAT A WAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUPER7 I LOVE YA!!!! I'm so locked into this whole figure line it's ridiculous. Pre-ordered! AND I'LL WAIT HOWEVER MUCH TIME AS IT TAKES. Thanks SUPER7! You really made my day better....but you already knew that. Because you knew what this morning would be like....smart. :)

I swear, when I saw the thumbnail for the wave on my phone, I thought it was more retro turtles from Playmates classic collection. I thought, "Oh wow, they are actually releasing a retro April, this line must really be taking off now" LOL. YA GOT ME! That's HOW GOOD THESE SUPER7 TURTLES ARE!!!!! WHAT!!!!

What's the point they can't even get out the damn thundercats. Super 7 sucks whole sale a$$ no matter how good the figures look. These could go to retail if they wasn't so greedy. How you show wave 3 and wave 1 isn't even out? Do better for the money y'all charging.

I could post the face palm meme, but I’m done. These are updates of the 80’s figures. April looks exactly like she should. You want cartoon accurate go to neca. You want something that looks different wait for a some other company.

The price of these has always been high because they are not retail and only made to order. Sucks, but that’s the way it is. The he-man movie figures were phenomenal. So hopefully these will be worth it.

I wonder if there are plans for vehicles or playsets.

Anyway, I am not sure what people mean by saying this is not the cartoon version. Do they meet it’s the comic version? That is not this too. If they mean that this is just a “toy” version, why would you want a modernized version of a toy version of a character? Obviously, they must have made the toy like they did back then due to lack of technology, no?

Super 7 made her look like the 80s playmates toy. The toy was based on nothing, just the toy companies ideas, which came in large part from the team that created masters of the universe. Netflix has a great series about this called the”the toys that made us”. Look at the turtles episode.

These are updates just like masters of the universe classics was updates on the 80s toys not the cartoon.

I have nothing to calm down about, for the life of me I don’t know what’s is so hard to understand about the nature of this line. 80s figures made with todays tech. If she looked like the toon, she would not belong in this line. If she looked the comic, she would not belong in this line. If she looked any other way than what she does, she would not belong in this line.

I think the major issue is I’m dealing with people that did not grow up in the eighties.
