I Pity The Fool! – Mr. T WWE Elite SDCC In-Hand Gallery

Another fun one. Mattel is tricking me into all these wrestling figures lately hehe.

I think the likeness is great. Overall fun, but not as silly and chat worthy as last year's Slim Jim Macho. I'd be happy if they keep up the crazy 80's unique ones for SDCC, get a running theme going. I won't do full on waves, but I'll rock a little corner for these exclusives.

Such a killer figure! Love the in-ring shots and the "sweating" shots.

Dormamu 07-09-2020 01:42 PM

Oh man, this is straight fire. I don't even collect wrestling figures, and this has so much potential for other franchise uses like A-Team and Rocky.

Mattel needs to invest in some damn wristband tooling. They don't even need to be sculpted to the arm, just make them slip-on pieces! The painted wristbands look terrible!

Killer action figure awesome photos!

Harbinger 07-09-2020 04:38 PM

Now they need to make the rest of the t-force!

That's hardcore wrestling fig talk. Bringing me back memories of those old hasbro wristband misfires.
With all the goods in this exclusive they must not have had the budget.
If it came down to it, would you rather have sculpted wristbands or no wristbands at all? Legit question.
A wrestling fig purist seems to prefer the ability to strip a fig down to "legit" ring attire. They know that. I'm in camp sculpt it, but I've realized a purist might say different. It never even occurred to me that a wrestling fig is best when it has the ability to look as they would in real life during most match scenerios. But it makes sense. However, I'd be using T's wrists and rings to go way over the top without a thought XD
My fig fed is ridiculous. It's mostly monsters anyway.
But I missed the exclusive like an idiot. Should have got it.

IF only just for the sweaty pics. Nice touch man, nice touch.

More will be available on the 22nd on Mattel's site. Also it seems likely they're going to make another T in his Wrestlemania 1 attire.

They "HIT" it out the park with Mr. T...
What a great sculpt...
