I think is the first time I’ve ever not wanted most of the NECA SDCC exclusives. Besides the Tmnt Mutagen Musical and the City Demon Predator everything is kind of meh to me... which is a good thing because this is what exclusives are meant to be in a way, but I do wish the figures had some of the appeal of past exclusives... this Alien reveal while neat seems kind of random with the glow in the dark gimmick.

I'm a little dissapointed but at the same time i don't hate them just was hoping for other things. I guess they kind of spoiled us last year. The glow gimmic has it's appeal and will definately pick them up. This will fit in well with my other glow in the dark NECA figures. Pro-tip: a UV light super charges them in seconds.

Hopefully the figures they show off over what would have been the SDCC weekend make up for it. Still holding out hope that we'll get Kane, Lambert and Dallas sans space suits.

I’m a fan of this. As others have said, this is what an exclusive should be. Not a must have but a cool conversation piece. I like this, I may pick it up.

All the $$$ saved on NECA exclusives this year just bought me a Haslab Sentinel! lol, :D

I also own a UV light and can attest to this. It’s actually really enjoy shining UV light on my figures just to see how the paint will react to it. The McFarlane’s MK 11 Spawn eyes glow pretty vibrantly when exposed to UV light, it’s a really cool effect.

Back to the glow in the dark Alien, I think I’m just going to refer to this as the Electromagnetic Predator Vision Big Chap to make it feel more desirable and make more sense than just another wacky looking figure on my shelf.

TMNT set is cool for sure, but 2 redo's of figures and a Gremlin variant that wasn't actually in the movie? I stand by what I said.

What a super nerd!!!!! You rock man. I’m totally going to get a UV light now and experiment. I’m always holding my glow figs up to the light and it’s never bright enough! I want the GLOW!

If you missed out....You get the Glow with hugger and egg..
