Man, that definitely looks nice. I really wish Storm Collectibles would get their Hokuto No Ken stuff to a point where a serious preview could be shown. I have several S.A.S. figures from JoJo and they are really nice figures without a doubt. However, for my taste Storm is just absolutely killing it with their figures, and I don't want to "waste money" on Ken and Raoh from SAS if a year from now Storm puts out their versions.

Yeah, I feel the same way. These figures look damn good, though.

Medicos has already done twice as much with the license in half the time. They're making Storm look pathetic.

That said, while Raoh is large, I don't recall him being literally twice as big as Ken. Am I wrong?

It totally was. I have the blu-ray set of the TV series and it was such a fun watch.

Good point, but the TV series really wasn't great with maintaining a constant sense of scale. A character would be depicted as simply larger-than-average in one scene but then, like, 20 feet tall in the next, without any explanation.

I mean, compare your clip above of Ken and Raoh's last fight with this clip of their first fight. Raoh is still bigger than Ken, but only just a little, and the size difference fluctuates from shot to shot. I've never seen a series with this problem before or since. Still an awesome show, though, and the inconsistent size thing is part of it's charm, honestly.

Raoh has always been larger Kenshiro. Even taking animation errors into account, he is still much larger/taller than Kenshiro, as well as most most other characters. Even larger is his horse, which is ridiculously huge. Where does one find such a horse?

The Revoltech series has roughly the same height difference between Raoh and Kenshiro.

On the Storm Collectibles topic. They so far have only showed a 1/6 scale Kenshiro figure with no updates. I hope they do 7" scale line if they get around to Hokuto no Ken. Some of their current lines are sitting in an 8" scale. Still picking up that SoR-4 Axel figure. 8" scale or not, it still looks awesome.

Got charged for Raoh by Amazon Japan. At least he came in on time. Now to see if they will ship soon. It's Golden Week in Japan right now.

I got my Raoh in the mail today. Haven't opened him yet, but he looks good.

Hoping they show rei soon. Oh and bag jo i got the nier replicant game and oh man it blows the original outta the water. Also got the nier and emil bring arts figure set.

It's soooo good isn't it? I loved the original even with all the jankyness, but this one plays so well and looks fantastic. I'm having a great time with it! That's kick ass you got the Bring Arts set, I've got them too, and a pre-order for the kid version of Brother Nier

Wow, got my Raoh today, and it was during a holiday. DHL has certainly gotten back on the ball more, or shipping quantities are easing off. He is a big boy.
