Despite being a DM and having played for a long time, I don't have a lot of familiarity with the Forgotten Realms as a setting... but I do know this guy, and this is a pretty stellar figure.

Also have to wonder if this panther mold could be retooled into a Zabu for Marvel Legends...

This guy is from the forgotten realms dnd universe. Though i wouldn’t be opposed to the old cartoon characters getting figures. Optimus venger would be epic!

It won't scale with my Mythic Legions, so I'm out. Just kidding, but it can work the other way also. Not a D&D fan, but I do like Fantasy.

Since they are crossing D&D with magic I want figures from magic too

Absolutely! and...OMG the idea that they could deliver Entreri is shiver inducing!

But why stop there! Zaknafein Do'Urden must be made! Lolth should also be included and would be greatly appreciated.

My only very small gripe is that the drow, in my mind's eye (and the eyes of many others), should be darker hued than what they have shown with florentine-swordart-master Drizzt. Other than that, fucking aces all around - sculpt, accessories, and Guenhwyvar! Incredibly smart pick-up by Hasbro, they are paying close attention to geekdom and 'digging in the crates'.

If they want me to buy these in the same manner I do Legends, I'm happy to throw a couple more at Hasbro's site-scrubbers:

and for those of us that dwell on the darker side...

Ravenloft: Lord Soth - Knight of the Black Rose, Azalin, and Strahd...I'm a bigger fan of these characters and books than I was the Crystal Shard series...and that's saying quite a lot given my history with the Shard and stand alone Drizzt books.

We made the mistake of following the video stream, as I was screen capping Star Wars, not realizing they were adding every new reveal to Facebook as they were announced. Literally no point to watch the stream then.

And WTF with those holiday figures?

I was making a joke because people always write that things won't scale with Marvel Legends, and it can be the other way around. These figures will be only an inch shorter than Mythic Legions. It could work. On a side note when I saw the Star Wars holiday stuff I was like, where is this guy from, because I haven't been really watching Star Wars anymore. Talk about pimping something out.

The funny thing is, they said on the stream that Lucasfilm essentially hated the Holiday figures.
