I haven't seen a NECA TMNT Figure at Target once this whole year. I tried very hard to find Casey Jones and April, but no luck.
Hopefully NECA will do the preorders later for this like they did with MetalHead.

NECA. Target employees don't stock NECA items. They use their own people to stock the NECA section. I think the guy in my area doesn't stock the shelves and just puts them on ebay.

Man, this is the Splinter I've been waiting for since 1988.

NECA all the way. I'm sure sites like Amazon or Walmart were interested but Target either has a special previous relationship with them or offered more money for exclusivity. Just a shame that distribution is an issue for them considering how high they charge shipping direct from their NECA online store. Sure we would rather buy from a BBTS type store with a 10-20% markup instead of Ebay prices of 100-200% (2-3x).

That being said, unless they don't fix this Splinter is the last desired piece. Am sure most agree.
