Sideshow Leatherface Figure

Leatherface has always terrified me more than any other cinema slasher. I can't quite place my finger on it, but perhaps seeing the final scene from the original film as a child, Leatherface chasing the truck down and spinning like a maniac with his chainsaw... :eek:
This looks like an awesome figure, and the creepiness exudes through those headsculpts. |
For me, it was about it being a more grounded monster. He wasn't a dream monster, or a n unstoppable killing machine that just popped up behind you. He was the most mentally damaged member of a deranged family of cannibals that attacked those least likely to be able to defend themselves..And then ate them and wore their faces.

Figure looks good in general, but they really need to add paint to those bare arms. They look way too plasticy.

Hopefully Mezco do a suited pretty woman version. |
