Please help ID some vintage accessories
 

Hi guys,
Here's a fresh batch of unknown vintage parts, any help is greatly appreciated!

Photo 1: Think it's TMNT, has the letters N, S, E, W on it
Photo 2: Modern TMNT Katana with Blue Handle?
Photo 3: Looks like a figure stands inside this larger part that's approx. 4" long
Photo 4: Gray baseplate approx. 3" diameter
Photo 5 & 6: Same size as Go Bot but I don't recognize this helicopter
Photo 7: Larger backpack with a peg on the back approx. 3" tall
Photo 8: Purple Brush, My Little Pony?
Photo 9: Propeller / Fan attached to green pipe. Propeller has brushes on ends. TMNT?
Photo 10: White Battery Cover? approx. 2" tall
Photo 11: Blue shoulder mounted gun for figure or vehicle? Exhaust? Less than3" long.

Photo 2 is a TMNT 2012 series katana (as you say). the "Mutating Leo" that transforms from ninja teen to turtle supposedly came with blue-handled katanas but all I find are stock images so can't prove it.

Photo 9 is from Dale's Roto-Roadster, Chip n Dales Rescue Rangers McDonald's toy.
