Is BBTS considered 3rd party? That’s where I bought mine.

I believe they are considered an authorized retail partner. 3rd party would be mainly resellers.

I bought Golden Girls and Blanche, the slutty one, had two Left legs. Sent NECA 2-3 notices on Twitter to their CS, no response.

Twitter is hot garbage and I joined specifically to contact NECA for broken parts and defects. Shame Customer Service from NECA is hot trash. I am FORCED to join Twitter to get through to Neca's Customer Service.

Super 7 is doing things right. I am glad they are going the extra mile for fans. I am still on the fence for the Tank, but definitely going to be all in on Godzilla.

I think I'm gonna try to decline mine if possible and if that doesn't work I'll just sell it.

Really? The video on super7 shows how jackal man looks updated and man that’s a hell of a difference. Plus at least the extra weapons.

I cancelled my Jackalman order because the paint on his collar wasn't right in the reviews I saw when the figure landed. I had no idea this fix was coming.

Still have my Mattel Jackalman but the weapons are nice. Also wouldn't surprise me if BBTS broke up the packs so people wouldn't be receiving parts for figures they didn't order. So it's possible I wouldn't even get the Jacklamans parts anyway. Based on my experience getting replacements from them, it seems like something they might do.

I didn’t think about that with broken-up packs. I wonder how super7 handled it if someone ordered only one of those figures.

Let me know what they say in response I also order through them.

I've had members contact me about selling mine and I'm not selling so I doubt you'll have trouble getting rid of it.

I also contacted BBTS. They responded pretty quick. They are planning on getting them. and will dispatch them once they get them.

I just talked to BBTS. They are getting the booster sets around end of February or so. They said they will email anyone who bought the figures to confirm the address and then get it out. Sounds like even if you bought just 1figure you are getting this.

I also asked about some issues with packages being stuck Minnesota. The operator said that due to the unrest in that area last year, small town hubs are being used in Minnesota for now and that this should only delay packages a couple days or so.

Booster Pack arrived today. I am quite pleased. Good luck to anyone who can keep a straight face while reading the shorts instructions.

I got my set from EE and it showed up last week too. No notice or anything, forgot it was potentially coming. Kudos.

Mine showed yesterday straight from super7, even though I ordered from bbts. This was tough. Took me 20 minutes of hair-drying. The thighs are just hell. Once I cleared them, right on like a glove. I was going to leave the light blue shorts on, especially since I have the mattel version. I just really like the darker color, though and since I opened the super7 figures I needed him to be to my liking. Plus when I post pics next year with the battle tank, I don’t need the thundercats nerds pouncing on me for the wrong color shorts. Lol.

Good to get some practical experience with this. I rarely fiddle with figures like that, and can get really nervous about it.

I know! I never touch things.....well I fixed my motuc red granamyr, and I’ve had to glue about a hundred dc direct and neca figures back together lol.....but nothing like this. My freaking thumbs feel like they are being torn apart right now. The light colored shorts are still pretty neat up, really stretched them out. But the new shorts look great on him. I’m glad I did it......I can definitely see people tearing these shorts.
