Funko Legacy
Could Funko theoretically obtain a license to duplicate a character likeness form their Pop line in the Legacy one? Or do companies get separate licenses for separate product lines?
|
Pretty sure Funko stopped making Legacy figures like.... 4 years ago....

In general terms, separate licenses would be required. Most licenses are for very specific product types. Usually they are tied to things like product type, price point, scale, or even the number of articulation points when it comes to action figures. |
