I've finally realized what's put me off to this figure and the various suited versions... the base body is just not muscular enough to be cyclops. In the comics, Cyclops was built like a tank... this looks like Jeff from Accounting cosplaying on a Friday....

His nickname is "Slim,"so while he is very fit I've never thought him to be as physically large as Cap or even Wolverine.

This is my favorite outfit, so glad I was able to order this! Just hope one day they decide to do an updated ML figure of him in this outfit.
