man i wish these were 1/12 scale

what a shame, would have been day 1 purchases of all 5, if it was 1/12 scale, their beautiful, and have so many great details, i hope they sell well so they think about the 1/12 transition... or maybe i hope they dont sell at all, then theill come out in 1/12 scale?

Joe Moore 05-03-2021 05:44 AM

We won't know the exact size until closer to release. These are just prototypes. Snap Design (previously DreamEX) seems to only do larger scale figures, so there's likely little chance of these coming out in different scales.

dukefett 05-03-2021 06:18 AM

Neat, Raph is quite the tank.

Nerdtainment 05-03-2021 09:20 AM

These are really cool. Shredder is freaking cool as hell looking!
I bet these will be EXPENSIVE... I don't need them that bad lol

RipTheVeins 05-03-2021 09:45 AM

Some of the info they've put out on weibo said the models will feature a skeletal frame system. So it seems like these might be similar to Master Grade Gundam kits. So maybe about 8-9 inches tall or so.

It was posted on their Twitter that Shredder will be 22cm and I read online that Leonardo is 23cm

damn their kits seen to go for $100 to $150+.

as cool as it would be to have that shredder, im not paying double a Master Grade price

mangkanorxxv 05-03-2021 12:35 PM

are these licensed designs? or are they operating in that 3rd party grey area? they just come across as shameless copies of gundam w.

There's a small bit more info at the link, and more photos. But, yes, these are officially licensed.

Finally, I thought this project was dead. They look awesome.

ddarko 05-20-2022 06:38 PM

These look nice! One thing is that Raphael looks a lot like what I would imagine Shredder to be.

goatchumby 05-21-2022 12:05 AM

These looks sick as HELL!!! And Shredder is everything that I wanted in a mech since I was a kid.

It's also cool how the actual turtles sit inside the mechs (e.g. Leo), but it's strange that they're in the back. Very hyped regardless!

ghostbogey 05-21-2022 11:53 AM

Interesting....

Will keep my eye's peeled ;^)

I SOOOOOOOOO want this!

Thatannoyingguy 09-23-2022 05:55 AM

Man, this looks BADASS!

Mommar 09-23-2022 08:12 AM

Okay, I'm sold... not clear where to buy it though.

T0ySick 09-23-2022 08:27 AM

Since they are not Canon they are any scale compatible. Never mind the tiny build a figure turtle van. Its an adorable baf..but meh.

BBTS has it up for $170 already. But I suggest buying directly from a Chinese site like Aliexpress(not listed yet) or ShowZstore to get a lower price. I think $130-$140 is the right range with shipping included. BBTS like to jack up the prices on these imports by quite a bit.

Well if you aren't impressed with the tiny regular Turtle van, Heat Boys already have another mecha Leonardo that can transform into a sword truck in development (HeatBoys HB0018 TMNT Leonardo).

Cyclopswc 09-23-2022 09:23 AM

I wonder if the prices are higher for the other 3 turtles, Leo is definitely the lightest in terms of gears.

bkkwolf 09-23-2022 12:23 PM

The last time I owned turtle figures, I was 5.
33 years later, I'm back collecting them again with these right here.
