Big Bad Toystore. The hell is going on with that website?

Anyone else experiencing problems with their website? THey keep claiming theres an error on my order. I just bought a brand new Vanilla gift card earlier today and used it and it has cash in it.

But their website claims theres a bank error which is complete bullcrap
