Anyone having problems with Big Bad Toystore recently?
 

Last month I tried ordering a Star Wars figure from their frikkin website but they kept claiming a bank error which i think is complete bullcrap.

Even earlier today i bought a gift card to use on their website.

Same thing theyre telling me. Some bullcrap nonsense about a bank error.

THe hell is the matter with Big Bad Toystore's website anyway?

I just ordered something today, no problem. It might not be bullcrap, it might really be a bank error on your end.

They recently biffed my order. I ordered the bring arts nier replicant set, sh figurarts white ranger, figma swimsuit ryo, unmasked tom wayne batman and the sh figuarts tiger and bunny double chaser. Well i get an email saying that they mistakenly sent the sh figurearts double chaser exclusive instead of the double chaser model kit on preorder and had refunded me the money i spent on the figurarts. Well i sent an email back saying the sh figarts double chaser was the one i wanted and didnt want the model on preorder. They said keep whatever was sent and apologized for the goof. Well my box gets here and its the MODEL kit not the actual fig arts set. So i emailed asking if i could get the one i ordered and it turns out that the
Fig arts bike had been outta stock when i ordered it so hence the refund. I asked if they wanted me to send back the model kit and they said no that i could keep it, so now i got this model kit essentially for free. Still kinda donks as i really wanted the bike set but hopefully i can find it on amazon. Now i just gotta get rid of this model kit.

I haven't had any issues. I've ordered as recently as last week.

Whatever.

My debit card is fine. I can go to any ATM and get my money out and i have ordered stuff from Walmart online recently and off of amazon.

Its Big Bad Toystore itself that its website theres something wrong with their website.

My debit card is fine. and there was nothing wron gwith the vanilla gift card that i got earlier today and I had to use it on walmarts' website.

Purchased from them last week with no problems. Sounds like the issue is on your end.

One thing you can do, is set up a second account with a different email address. Try to buy what you want with the same payment info. If the purchase goes through, then you can let them know you are having an issue with the existing account. If the same issue comes up, then you can pinpoint that there is an issue processing the payments themselves. Either way, you can go back to them with more info to hopefully get some help resolving the issue.

Well for one thing, theres nothing wrong with my debit card since im able to order stuff off of walmart and amazon.

Its Big Bad Toystore website where theyre having a glitch or whatever. They need to fix their problem on their website.

and yeah I had to register another member account at Big Bad Toystore website to start all over again.

Like I said, My card is fine since i have been using it at walmart and amazon.

Just placed preorders and shipped my pile of loot using a credit card. No issues for me.
