Awesome pics! I can't wait too get my set of these.

What I don't get is why they send the rare variant Platinum figures to reviewers. I mean, Todd sent that tool, Shartimus, a bunch of free toys including the chase, and that dipshit does nothing but rip on McFarlane. Meanwhile, I'll be on eBay trying to get one for under $100.

I still would have preferred him skinny, but I take back what I said about Buff Violator looking stupid. In-hand, he looks pretty awesome, even if he is still too bulky. I might have to pick him up.

It looks like the eyes have UV paint! That's a big bonus for me, I built a small blacklight area on my shelf for the Classified figures (when they were still doing the UV "tech accents") and was super duper pleased to see how well it worked with the Kickstarter Spawn :)

The sticker on Cowboy Spawn seems desperate

It's a callback to the stickers on the OG Spawn toys, same font & colors. I think it's cute, even if it'll annoy people who don't open their toys

Apparently Clown was MIA for a while, thought dead I think. He showed back up in Spawn 300 in a different humanoid form, and demon form, both more buff. So some shit went down off camera with him.

I'm not a definitive source on Spawn comics, but he was present in book looking like this.

And I still don't understand how Todd has suddenly been able to ramp up the quality and number of figures that he's producing to such an absurd degree. It seems like night and day from just a year or two ago. I used to take the biggest shits on everything Todd did - when he first got the DC license the initial wave was garbage - but now I'm almost becoming a fanboy. I thought McFarlane Toys was a small company, comparable to NECA? I mean, I wish NECA was taking on this many licenses and had such prolific output. It's so weird.

So looks like they turned Clown into Kingpin? I don't hate it.

With his legs reasonably straight up, around 11.5 inches.

However, he's meant to stand with more bend in the knees and ankles.

I was thinking about that last year, and my belief from the outside is that it was Fortnite that did it. They found themselves with a license they probably got relatively cheaply that just EXPLODED in popularity, something with a boatload of characters and the demand to have them all snapped up, giving them a chance to get an extremely efficient production pipeline going, both inside the company and with their external vendors

That got the ball rolling in a major way, and they took great advantage of it. I also wouldn't be surprised if Mattel's bungling led to a temporary devaluation of the DC license at the best possible time for Todd

Shill or not, this is why I don't listen to spoiled, entitled big-time reviewers like that guy. At least the small-time reviewers do buy the toys for them to review.

The new Violator looks more intimidating than the classic one. I like that the modern Clown is based from the Clown 2 toy. Gunslinger and Raven Spawn looks great. Redeemer, although I don't plan to get him looks good, exclusive or otherwise.

I had a chance to see these in-hand and the quality is outstanding.

She-Spawn's ginormous weapons aren't worth double the price.

Agreed. I can wait for sales and clearances.

She-Spawn's diaper looks kind of ridiculous. Guess she needs Depends?

Definitely ant those weapons, which I'm pretty sure is WHY she's got all those weapons - Todd knows that's the selling point.

That She-Spawn gun with 3 magazines, 3 trigger groups, and 1 ammo belt hanging off the side looks like something designed by Looney Tunes.

That S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is sweet.

I had she-spawn and that action figure is really impressive. But my only complain though her hands is quite small to grip her weapons, especially the cleaver-ish staff think. Speaking of that weapon, plastic is soo soft as it bends when holding it due to one end is heavy. They should really consider making the handles a very solid hard plastic and they can leave other parts soft.
