Shogun Skeletor Black Malice and Golden Havoc Variants Revealed, Go Live on Friday!

Just what we all need, more eBay exclusives. Mattel doesn't seem like they ever listen to their customers. Not sure why these can't be a pre-order. They could sell so many more. I wonder if we will see these decos in Origins. Probably not because it's something fans might want. Mattel was the only toy company to have a decrease in profits during the beginning of the pandemic. All other companies saw a rise in sales.

While I'm not getting these, imagine having two of the all black version flanking a tall archway with a darkened room beyond...

Mattel, if you're reading this then don't start doing this with these Shogun figures. These aren't $20 action figures. They're hundreds of dollars each and I wouldn't be surprised if the 250 unit one was closer to $1,000 given how overpriced the Creations site crap is. We don't want this. I doubt Shogun Warrior collectors would want it either. They'd rather have different characters then trashy reissues. Piss on reissues and repaints. I know you have to have them so that we can have the unique tooling in the future, but stop slapping us in the face with the schlong of unwanted variants and make it a variant that would actually make sense like an Anti-Eternia Skeletor or some other variant that has a basis in lore.

Yeah to the "pre-order"...
Is it too, hard to do???...

Just another "wonder" I guess ;^)

Hope this gets a retool for a more classic looking Skeletor. Would love a Skeletor Super Shogun, but this design isn't worthy.

Yeah- I'd be much more interested if it looked liek something Skeletor would actually use. This is just too stylized, particularly the head sculpt, which I don't like- too angular and cartoon-ish. Heck, they cousl even put a cockpit in the torso for an action figure- that would add A LOT to the appeal of it.

I don't know why Mattel has so many issues with their exclusive offerings- pre-orders, plain and simple. And publicize stuff more- I didn't even know that clear Skeletor figure existed until months after it was offered.
